Established in 2016, we have rapidly built a strong customer base and name recognition in the cleaning industry. Most of our staff are trained and experienced cleaners, therefore we are confident you will receive the service you need. We have expanded our service portfolio and now offer a range of cleaning services, baby-sitting, upholstery and carpet cleaning. Some of our popular services are move-in move-out cleaning, regular residential cleaning as well as carpet and upholstery steam cleaning.

How our Cleaners are vetted and screened
To become a cleaner in most cleaning agencies is easy. However this is not the case at Mops and Brooms! We have a very tough vetting system which filters only the very best ones. They are highly motivated people. Each Candidate to work for Mops and Brooms goes through the following before being assigned to clients:
Identification. Passport
Next of kin details.
Work Permits
Proof of current and previous address.
References from previous Employers.
Interview. Personally interviewed by M&B representative
CID check
If approved, the new Candidates go through a Comprehensive in-house training program.
Close monitoring by our supervisors during the training.
Only when we are fully satisfied with their performance do we allocate them to new clients and continuously
monitor the standard of service.
Management
When you decide to join just call us and we’ll organize everything. If you have any special requirements and would like to talk to someone in person, one of our representatives will come to visit you. You can tell them what you need and they can give you help and advice. This means that we know your needs and we can select the cleaner that is right for you, both for your initial cleaner and should you want a replacement in the future.
Regularly the same cleaner
Our vetting is carefully done to ensure that a cleaner will stay with you for a good period of time. Cleaners are
carefully scheduled so you can have the hours you need, when you want them. We provide a suitable cleaner and continue to monitor their performance and offer a replacement should it become necessary, either temporarily for reasons of illness or holidays, or permanently if your cleaner is about to leave you. Or you might just ask us to replace the cleaner at any time for any reasons of your own. We cannot of course promise that a given employee will be with you forever, but we can certainly make every effort to ensure that you will never be left high and dry.
Reliable Service
If your regular scheduled cleaner is unavailable and we fail to allocate you a replacement cleaner when you have requested one, and you miss a cleaning, you can claim a discount on your next cleaning.

Quality of Service Guarantee
If you're unhappy with any area we've cleaned, just call us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it at no additional charge. Our job is only finished when you are completely satisfied.

Payment
We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. You can pay per service, weekly or monthly. For monthly payments, we invoice you in advance. There are no hidden charges. Note that all cleaning equipment and cleaning materials should be available on site, alternatively we can supply them and additional charge may apply.
